Environmental Commitment

1 For the planet
Since July 2011 our publications are printed on paper obtained from wood coming from certified forests by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). The FSC label ensures that the forest products used are from responsibly harvested and verified sources.

Currently, more than half of the 300 million tons of plastic produced annually goes to disposable goods. The third part of this is packaging material, discarded after a single use. The serious environmental consequences of this are well known. That’s why we have decided to join the global movement of stop using of single-use plastics.
Our field guides are not longer packaged in plastic sleeves.
With this small action, we hope to contribute and add to the awareness of this big global concern.
